Firsts in the First Month

I have a feeling this first year of Corinne's life is going to fly by and she's going to be walking and talking before we know it.  The first month has been so FULL! I am definitely busier than ever before with three take care of, but we are settling in to life pretty well and taking it one day at a time.   We've already made several trips to the library, park, beach, and restaurants as we try to entertain Josh and Brielle, plus we'vehad lots of fun visitors.

As far as her schedule, Corinne has been eating about every 2 1/2 hours pretty much around the clock.  And, she is definitely growing.  Through the night she's waking up about every 3 hours, but thankfully, goes right back to sleep after eating.  I've been able to sneak a quick nap while J and B nap (or during NBA Finals games when I fall asleep during the fourth quarter - much to Daniel's dismay!).  We barely had to cook dinner the first month because great friends provided A LOT of meals and my parents were here.  What a blessing!  Other than eating, Corinne spends most of her days sleeping and is usually awake an hour or less before she needs another nap!  I've swaddled her more than the other kids.  I think because they had her swaddled so tightly at Wolfsons, but am moving away from it now.  She doesn't seem to care too much either way.  Josh and Brielle are doing great with her, but express it in different ways.  Josh wants to shower her with lots of hugs and kisses and has a baby voice (I think it's an imitation of mine) and his own pet name for her (Cutie-face).  Brielle has gotten VERY interested in playing dolls and likes to change their diapers and feed them milk ("I'm feeding her milk like you, Mom").

Below are some pictures from Corinne's first month.
